All Our Kids (AOK) Early Childhood Network

AOK is a community-based collaboration, committed to ensuring that expecting families and those with very young children in Vermilion County have the opportunity to receive the services they need.  AOK identifies community assets and recognizes present and future gaps in services delivered to young children and their families.

Child AbuseWatch.net

Child Abuse Watch.net (CAN) is a resource center for learning about Child Abuse Prevention.  CAN promotes Action as the means of abuse intervention and prevention - action in the form of reaching out for help, making a call, reporting a suspicion, arresting a behavior, reporting the location of an abuser, learning about this insidious crime.  Child Abuse and Emergency Information is available in English, Spanish, and French.

National CASA

The National CASA Association mission is to speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children who are involved in the juvenile courts. They work with state and local CASA and volunteer guardian ad litem programs to promote and support quality volunteer advocacy to help assure each child a safe, permanent, nurturing home. In addition to providing leadership for CASA programs across the country (also known as Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem Programs), the National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association stages an annual conference, publishes a quarterly newsletter, and promotes CASA through public relations efforts. National CASA offers consultation and resources that help start CASA programs and provides vital assistance to established programs.

Prevent Child Abuse Illinois

Prevent Child Abuse Illinois, established in 1990, is dedicated exclusively to the prevention of child abuse and neglect.

Reagan's Rescue

This organization's mission is two-fold: 1) To bring Shaken Baby Syndrome awareness and education to the people of East Central Illinois, and 2) To support local organizations which aid families and children at risk.

The mission of CASA of Vermilion County is to advocate for abused and neglected children within the Juvenile Court System, by training and managing volunteers to represent those children's best interest to the Court.
